To access official PTA or BTA allocations, CBN regulations require you to present:

• A valid Nigerian International Passport.

• For BTA: A formal corporate request letter and company Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC).

In compliance with CBN guidelines designed to promote digital financial tracking, up to 25% of approved FX allocations (such as PTA/BTA) can be disbursed in physical cash. The remaining 75% is processed electronically via transfers to a domiciliary account or funded onto a prepaid foreign currency card. Cash sales of $500 USD or less can be paid in cash.
